Update from yesterday:

Recruitment process [to join ISIS] has become clear now in Mosul. ISIS has spread around that they will give salary and provide marriage for every volunteer. The process starts by entering the centre of the Legitimate Authority for name registration, then they enter the second centre for checking the volunteer’s ability. After that, the volunteer either goes straight to the city [Mosul] to fight, goes to Anbar or he goes to Al-Jazeera area for training after evaluation. There are buses for their transportation. Ages of volunteers are between 15 and 18 years old, they are young boys.
