After a month of ISIS occupation of Mosul and following the Parliament’s support today which had a clear and a big impact even on those who used to support ISIS, I mean here specifically those who refuse ISIS and its continuity in the city for not being able to provide the simplest services for the citizens. The voices of ISIS rejection started to rise but they are still hidden as fear of arrests returned.
